While Avant Hospitality Service Advisors Standards of Performance manuals may be purchased as a stand alone product to use as you decide, as part of a larger training program, we will partner with you to customize the manuals to your operations and specific needs.

To achieve this, our experts meet with each of your department managers to review the content of all applicable jobs in the department and agree the procedures and standards that reflect your requirements.

Once the content of the manuals is customized, our production team inputs the information and creates an electronic version of your customized manuals, with your logo, to be used at your property. Additionally, if you desire, we can produce a set of hard copy manuals to be shipped to you for your use.
