Avant Hospitality Service Advisors is a full service hospitality training and consulting company that offers a comprehensive range of service solutions and exceptional quality support to the hospitality/travel industry worldwide. Our services include manager and employee training, standards of performance manuals, job description templates and customization, creation and customization of service standards for any function, quality inspections/mystery shopping, and new property openings. Our clients include hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, airports, government agencies, and more.

 

Avant Hospitality Service Advisors was established by Benjamin Avant in 2012. Benjamin brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to this venture. Prior to founding the company, he served as Senior Director of Projects for FreemanGroup Service Solutions, the Dallas based hospitality consulting company, and spent over ten years working in the Las Vegas gaming and hospitality industry, including the prestigious Bellagio Hotel and Casino. In addition to his hospitality expertise, Benjamin is certified as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant by The Protocol School of Washington and is fluent in Spanish and French.
